Master the rules and strategies of checkers
Checkers is played on an 8x8 board. Each player starts with 12 pieces placed on the dark squares of the three rows closest to them.
Regular pieces move diagonally forward one square at a time. When a piece reaches the opposite end of the board, it becomes a "King" and can move both forward and backward.
Jump over your opponent's piece to capture it. If you can make a capture, you must do so. Multiple jumps in one turn are allowed!
Dominating the center squares gives you more movement options and limits your opponent's choices.
Getting pieces to the king row quickly gives you a huge advantage in mobility and capturing power.
Don't rush all pieces forward. Keep some pieces in your back row to prevent easy king promotions for your opponent.
